President WorldChef


The ‘World Heritage Cuisine Summit & Food Festival 2018’ envisioned at Gobindgarh Fort, Amritsar in October 2018, is an initiative of the World Cultural Culinary Heritage Committee of the World Association of Chefs Societies or WorldChefs.

As WorldChefs President, Chef Thomas Gugler, has been instrumental in launching the World Cultural Culinary Heritage Committee as a first-ever WorldChefs’ initiative of its kind in the 90-year old history of the organisation which boasts of a membership of over 12 million Chefs from across 108 countries – with the objective to promote ethnic cuisines and cultural heritage of the nations of the world. The Committee is chaired by Chef Manjit Singh Gill of India.
